Function characteristics

Imported front lay registration technique ensures accurate registration, with corrugated paper not advancing.
The automatic feeder for top paper makes smooth and stable paper feeding.
Data can be set according to the paper size, which keeps the machine in good condition all the time.
The automatic corrugated paper feeding device uses suction belt, and the corrugated paper supporting device adopts extension type for different size of corrugated board.
The pressing roller adopts double sheet anti-impact structure to avoid the accidental damage.
The pre-loading device enables the next pile of paper to be stacked without stopping the production, thus reduce downtime.
The electric parts used are imported one, which makes the electric control system safe and stable.
Using PLC,servo motor, touch screen, convenient to operate.
Using automatic gluing system, improve the level of automation.
Using fuequency conrerter, realizes stepless speed change.

Feeder head

Independent research and development, using the international advanced conjugate cam technology to control the blowing and suction time, so that the high-speed paper feeding is more stable.


The electromagnetic valve

Independent research and development, to replace similar products abroad (Japan SMC, US MAC). It has the advantages of excellent performance, long life, and maintenance-free.

Cleaning structure

The water tank for cleaning the rubber roller is installed with a side support structure. It is more convenient to disassemble. Make the water change and the cleaning of the glue simple and easy.
